How much does a custom build cost?
It depends on what it has to do, so there isn’t one number. After a discovery call we send a written scope with a fixed price, before any work starts, and that is the price you pay. Our website packages start at $1,490 if a package fits.
Why a fixed price instead of hourly?
So you know the cost before you commit, and the risk of a slow week is ours, not yours. If you ask for something outside the scope, we quote it as a fixed price before we do it.
Do you work with Shopify?
Yes. We built and run Kastomise, a product customiser for Shopify stores, and our E-commerce package builds stores on Shopify or WooCommerce.
Who will build it?
The same team that designs, builds and runs our own software, from the first call to launch. There are no handoffs to another team.
Can you look after it once it’s live?
Yes. A care plan covers updates, backups and monitoring, and the Priority Retainer (from $900 a month) gives you five or more hours of priority support each month.
