How we build

Design and engineering
One team designs, builds and ships each product: the same team that builds client websites. Kastomise’s print pipeline, for one, turns every order into a CMYK PDF for each print area.
Hosting and support
We host and run what we build. Kastomise’s uploads and print rendering run on Amazon Web Services in Sydney, behind Cloudflare, and support comes from the people who build it.
Security and privacy
Card payments are handled by Stripe, so we never hold card details. Data is encrypted in transit, shopper uploads are deleted on a fixed schedule, and we don’t sell personal data.
